In part 1 of this tutorial we'll take a look at the basics of tracking motion within mocha, and exporting it for use in After Effects. The shot we'll eventually create is a matte-painting, motion-tracked shot showing the Petronas towers under construction (they've been complete since the mid nineties). The footage was shot recently, on the Canon 5D mkii.
